I am so sorry to report to all of you guys that have been following the progress of the premature calf that she had to be put down. She began passing blood and her little abdomen was very distended. She was struggling for breath and was suffering. We did the humane thing and put her out of her misery. I am so sorry and sad. Maybe we should not have interfered with Mother Nature. We are saddened to see her go because we got so attached to her since we interacted with her at least twice a day while feeding her. Well, just wanted y’all to know what happened to her. I want to thank everyone who followed her progress and regressions. Life goes on…Amen.
